Pulsark is an iPad sampler, 16-track sequencer and groovestation, currently in pre-release beta. This page is the fastest way to reach a human about it — whether you are testing the beta, using Pulsark Studio in your browser, or asking about the App Store release.
How do I get help?
Email hello@pulsark.app. It reaches the developer directly. Please include your iPad model, your iPadOS version, and the Pulsark build number if you have it — it is shown in the app under Settings. Bug reports with steps to reproduce get fixed fastest.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Pulsark is made by one person, so replies usually arrive within a couple of working days. If something is broken badly enough to stop you working, say so in the subject line and it will be looked at first.
What do I need to run Pulsark?
An iPad running iPadOS 18 or later. Pulsark runs standalone and as an AUv3 plug-in inside a compatible host such as AUM, Cubasis, Logic Pro for iPad or GarageBand.
How do I join the beta?
The beta is distributed through Apple TestFlight. Leave your email on the front page and you will get an invitation when the next round of places opens.
Do I need an account?
No. Pulsark has no accounts and no sign-in. Your projects, samples and sound banks live on your device, and nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Where are my projects and samples stored?
On your iPad, in the app’s own storage, reachable through the Files app. Back them up with your usual iPad backup, or export a project or sound bank and keep the file wherever you like.
What is Pulsark Studio?
A free browser tool for building sound kits for Pulsark. It synthesises every sound locally in your browser, exports a .pkbank file, and uploads nothing. Import the file on iPad through Files → Banks → Import.
How do I unsubscribe, or have my email deleted?
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To have your address removed entirely, or to ask what we hold about you, email hello@pulsark.app and we will act on it promptly.
I found a bug or want to request a feature.
Both are welcome at hello@pulsark.app. Feature requests genuinely shape what gets built next, especially during the beta.
